Service Policy

Recurring Child Care is designed for families who need ongoing care without a fixed schedule, guaranteed weekly hours, or long term commitment. Families may request care based on their needs, and all requests are subject to caregiver availability. Families should submit their requested schedule no later than Saturday whenever possible so Amar’s Trusted Care LLC can coordinate caregiver availability for the upcoming scheduling period. Requests received after Saturday may still be accommodated based on remaining availability. Payment is due once the requested schedule is finalized. A booking is considered confirmed only after Amar’s Trusted Care LLC has approved the requested times and payment has been received. Once confirmed, the caregiver’s time is reserved specifically for the family. Each recurring booking requires a minimum shift of 4 consecutive hours. We aim to provide consistency by scheduling families with their primary caregiver whenever possible and coordinating qualified backup support when needed. Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or schedule changes should be communicated as soon as possible and must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. With at least 24 hours notice, unused hours may be rescheduled or credited toward future care, subject to caregiver availability. With less than 24 hours notice, confirmed hours remain fully billable and do not roll over. In the rare event Amar’s Trusted Care LLC cannot provide confirmed care and qualified backup coverage cannot be arranged, the affected hours will be refunded or credited toward future care based on the family’s preference. Additional or extended hours may be requested and are subject to availability. Care provided on recognized holidays is billed at 150% of the applicable hourly rate. Families are responsible for providing accurate and current information regarding allergies, medications, medical conditions, emergency contacts, pets, household access, transportation needs, and any other information necessary to provide safe and appropriate care. Recurring Child Care does not require a termination notice. Families may stop requesting future care at any time. Any already confirmed bookings remain subject to the regular cancellation and rescheduling policy. Thank you for choosing Amar’s Trusted Care LLC.
