Frequently Asked Questions
Are caregivers CPR certified?
Yes. All caregivers placed through Amar’s Trusted Care are CPR certified and experienced with children.
Will the same caregiver always come?
Yes. We prioritize consistency. Your assigned caregiver will remain your primary caregiver unless coverage is requested or necessary.
What happens if the caregiver is sick or unavailable?
We communicate with families as early as possible and arrange backup coverage when needed.
How are payments handled?
Payments are invoiced through Amar’s Trusted Care LLC and are fully reported for tax purposes. The first payment is processed through our website and includes a 5% processing fee, as it also includes the required intake form before services begin. After that, families may use Zelle to Amar’s Trusted Care LLC for weekly or biweekly payments to avoid the website fee, depending on the agreed payment schedule. Families may also use our EIN for childcare tax credits or reimbursement purposes.
What happens if my child is sick?
If your child is sick, we ask families to inform us as early as possible so we can determine whether care can continue safely. We follow standard childcare guidelines to ensure the safety and comfort of both the child and the caregiver.
What happens in case of an emergency?
In the event of an emergency, the caregiver will immediately contact the parents and follow any provided emergency instructions. If necessary, emergency services will be contacted. All caregivers are trained to remain calm and act responsibly in emergency situations.
What activities will the caregiver do with my child?
Care includes age appropriate activities such as developmental play, reading, outdoor walks when appropriate, assisting with routines, and creating a safe, calm, and nurturing environment.
How do caregivers communicate with parents during the day?
Communication is a priority. Caregivers provide updates throughout the day regarding activities, naps, meals, and anything important related to the child’s well being.
How is my family’s privacy protected?
All family information, home details, and personal matters remain strictly confidential within Amar’s Trusted Care. We value professionalism, respect, and the privacy of every family we work with.
Do you provide care for multiple children?
Yes. We provide care for families with one or more children. Rates may vary depending on the number of children and level of care required.
Is there a minimum number of hours per booking?

Can I request a specific caregiver?
