Terms & Conditions

Amar’s Trusted Care LLC provides in home childcare and senior care services. We coordinate caregivers and manage all scheduling to deliver reliable, professional, and consistent care.

 

Caregiver assignments are managed solely by Amar’s Trusted Care LLC. A primary caregiver may be assigned, and when necessary, a backup caregiver may be provided to ensure continuity of care. Clients acknowledge and agree that any caregiver listed under our “Meet the Team” section may be assigned as needed. While we aim to maintain consistency, we do not guarantee the availability of a specific caregiver.

 

Clients agree that all scheduling, communication, and service arrangements must be handled directly through Amar’s Trusted Care LLC. Clients and caregivers are not permitted to modify schedules, hours, or service details independently. Any unauthorized changes may be subject to the originally agreed upon schedule and charges. Clients and caregivers may not enter into private agreements or arrangements outside of Amar’s Trusted Care LLC.

 

Care provided through Amar’s Trusted Care LLC is focused on childcare and senior care services. Tasks directly related to the individual receiving care are included. General household duties outside the scope of care are not included. Any additional responsibilities may be completed at the caregiver’s discretion and may be subject to additional fees.

 

Clients are responsible for providing all necessary supplies required for care.

 

Any transportation of children or clients must be discussed and approved in advance. Additional fees may apply for driving, travel time, or mileage.

 

Clients must disclose any video or audio recording devices in the home. By using our services, clients agree to inform Amar’s Trusted Care LLC and the assigned caregiver of any active recording systems.

 

Photos or videos may only be taken with client consent and will be used strictly for service or internal purposes unless otherwise agreed.

 

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding their care needs and for maintaining a safe, respectful, and appropriate environment for caregivers at all times. Clients must notify Amar’s Trusted Care LLC in advance of any illness, safety concerns, or conditions that may affect the caregiver’s ability to perform their duties.

 

Clients are expected to be present at the scheduled end time. Any delays may result in additional charges.

 

Amar’s Trusted Care LLC reserves the right to refuse, pause, or terminate services at any time if working conditions are deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or not aligned with our service standards.

 

While we take reasonable steps to provide quality care, Amar’s Trusted Care LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or unforeseen damages arising from the use of our services, except as required by law. Our total liability, if applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid for services. While we strive to provide high quality care, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free services at all times.

 

Clients agree to indemnify and hold Amar’s Trusted Care LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from inaccurate information, unsafe conditions, or failure to follow agreed upon guidelines.

 

Amar’s Trusted Care LLC is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

 

Clients agree not to make any false or misleading statements that may harm the reputation of Amar’s Trusted Care LLC.

 

We strive to provide consistent service. However, in the event of caregiver illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to provide a replacement caregiver or adjust services as needed.

 

Non Solicitation of Caregivers

Clients agree not to directly or indirectly hire, solicit, employ, or engage any caregiver introduced through Amar’s Trusted Care LLC outside of our services during the time of engagement and for a period of 18 months following the last date of service.

 

All caregiver arrangements must remain coordinated through Amar’s Trusted Care LLC. Any violation of this policy may result in a placement or conversion fee of $3,500.

 

Rates are subject to change at any time. Clients will be notified in advance of any changes for ongoing services.

 

Amar’s Trusted Care LLC reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

 

In the event of any conflict or misunderstanding, these Terms shall take precedence.

 

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

 

By using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
