Welcome to Amar’s Trusted Care LLC. We are committed to providing reliable, professional, and consistent childcare and senior care services. To ensure a smooth and organized experience for all families, please review the following booking guidelines.

 

All services are scheduled on a weekly cycle from Saturday through Friday. Advance booking is welcomed and recommended to secure availability.

 

The first booking must be completed through our website. Clients who prefer to avoid the 5% processing fee may choose to make future payments through Zelle. All payments must be completed at the start of each scheduling cycle, which begins on Saturday.

 

Payment is required in advance to confirm all bookings. Any booking that is not paid before the start of the scheduling cycle will not be confirmed and may be released to other clients. Payments are expected to be completed at the start of each scheduling cycle. Amar’s Trusted Care LLC does not guarantee payment reminders.

 

All payments are non refundable once made. With at least 24 hours notice, rescheduling may be offered based on availability. Any rescheduled hours must be used within the following scheduling cycle and will expire after that period.

 

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes. Any changes made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged as scheduled hours and are non refundable.

 

Discounted or package rates are based on recurring weekly schedules. All scheduled hours must be used within the same scheduling cycle and do not roll over to the following week. A minimum of 4 weeks notice is required to end or modify a recurring package.

 

Same day or last minute bookings are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

 

A grace period of up to 10 minutes is allowed for delays for both caregivers and families. Any additional time beyond that may be adjusted or charged accordingly.

 

Clients are expected to be present at the scheduled end time. Any delays may result in additional charges.

 

All scheduling, communication, and changes must go through Amar’s Trusted Care LLC. Clients and caregivers may not modify schedules independently. Any schedule changes must be communicated directly with Amar’s Trusted Care LLC.
