Service Policy

Thank you for your interest in becoming part of the Amar’s Trusted Care family! We look forward to learning more about your family and care needs. To ensure a smooth and professional consultation experience, please review our consultation and caregiver introduction policy below. All new families begin with a complimentary virtual consultation via Zoom with Amar, Owner of Amar’s Trusted Care. This initial consultation allows us to learn more about your family, care needs, schedule, expectations, and preferences before beginning the caregiver matching process. Once a potential caregiver has been selected, families may receive one complimentary in home caregiver introduction. This visit provides an opportunity for the family and caregiver to meet in person prior to the start of services. For all in home consultations and caregiver introductions, an adult (21+) must be present at the scheduled time. Families are responsible for providing the correct address and any necessary entry or parking instructions prior to the visit. If a family requests an additional in home caregiver introduction after the complimentary visit, a $100 consultation fee will apply. This fee accounts for the additional time, coordination, and travel required from our team. The fee may be waived when an additional caregiver introduction is initiated or deemed necessary by Amar’s Trusted Care. All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled based on availability. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no shows, will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Consultations and caregiver introductions do not guarantee caregiver availability or confirm ongoing services. Care arrangements, scheduling, caregiver matching, and pricing will be finalized separately.
