Service Description
Designed for busy individuals and families who need dependable support managing everyday household responsibilities. Our Household & Family Assistant service provides personalized assistance with the tasks that take time out of your day, helping you stay organized and giving you more time to focus on what matters most. Services may include grocery shopping, personal and household errands, meal planning and meal preparation, prescription pickup, dry cleaning drop off and pickup, returns and exchanges, keeping household supplies stocked, pantry and refrigerator organization, family laundry, folding and putting clothes away, light household tidying and organization, loading and unloading the dishwasher, travel planning and packing assistance, managing family to do lists, and party or event planning assistance. Each household has different needs, so services are personalized based on the responsibilities you’re looking for, your preferred schedule, and the Family Assistant’s skills and experience. When submitting your inquiry, please provide as much information as possible about the type of support you’re looking for so our team can determine the best fit for your household. Services start at $42/hour. Final pricing is based on the schedule, frequency of service, responsibilities requested, transportation or errands involved, and your household’s individual needs. Gratuity is completely optional but always appreciated. If you choose to tip your Family Assistant, gratuity should be provided directly to them and is not included in your Amar’s Trusted Care LLC invoice. Service Policy
Bookings require a minimum of 3.5 consecutive hours per visit and at least 12 hours notice. All bookings are subject to staff availability and are confirmed only once payment is received. Cancellations or schedule changes require at least 24 hours notice. Changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be charged for the scheduled time. This service is strictly for household management and family assistance. Babysitting, childcare, senior care, or supervision is not included. For safety and to keep the assistant focused on household responsibilities, another responsible adult must remain responsible for any child or senior requiring supervision. Care services must be booked separately through ATC. Services start at $42/hour and may vary based on duties, schedule, and location. Gratuities are optional and may be given directly to the assistant. Tips are not included on ATC invoices. Services may include grocery shopping, errands, meal planning/preparation, prescription or dry cleaning pickup, returns/exchanges, restocking supplies, pantry/refrigerator organization, family laundry, light tidying, dishwasher assistance, packing/travel preparation, household to do lists, and event assistance. Clients should provide a reasonable task list. Assistants will prioritize requested duties, but completion of all tasks is not guaranteed within the booked time. Additional time or tasks may result in additional charges. Clients are responsible for approved purchases, groceries, supplies, parking, tolls, and related expenses. Travel time for errands is part of the scheduled service time. ATC respects every household’s privacy. Personal information, conversations, routines, documents, belongings, keys, access codes, and other private information will remain confidential. Photos, recordings, or private information will not be shared or used for marketing without authorization, except when required by law or necessary for safety. Clients must provide accurate home access instructions and disclose pets. Clients are encouraged to secure cash, valuables, and sensitive documents. ATC may decline tasks that are unsafe, unlawful, require professional licensing or specialized expertise, involve hazardous materials or unreasonable heavy lifting, or fall outside the scope of this service.
