Safe, reliable, and personalized child care provided in the comfort of your own home. Designed for families who need flexible, occasional care without a recurring schedule or long term commitment. Whether you’re planning a date night, attending an event, have an appointment, need temporary coverage, or simply need an extra hand, our caregivers are here to support your family. Services start at $38/hour, with final pricing based on the number of children, schedule, transportation needs, and individual care requirements. Care is scheduled as needed and is subject to caregiver availability, so advance requests are always encouraged. Submit an inquiry with your preferred date, time, and care needs. Once availability is confirmed, we’ll provide your personalized quote and invoice to secure your care.
Service Policy
Your privacy is important to us. All personal, household, and family information provided to Amar’s Trusted Care LLC is kept confidential and used only as necessary to coordinate and provide care. Booking & Availability Babysitting and occasional care is provided on an as needed, non recurring basis with no long term commitment. All requests are subject to caregiver availability. Advance booking is strongly encouraged. Minimum Booking A minimum of 5 consecutive hours is required per booking. If care ends early at the family’s request, the originally confirmed hours remain payable. Payment & Confirmation Once caregiver availability is confirmed, an invoice will be issued. Payment is required to secure the booking. A requested date or time is not guaranteed until payment and confirmation are received. Accepted payment methods include ACH bank transfer, credit or debit card, and Zelle. Applicable processing fees may apply. Last Minute & Same Day Care Babysitting requests must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. If requesting care with less than 24 hours notice, please refer to our Last Minute & Same Day Care service. Availability is not guaranteed. Cancellations & Changes Cancellations or schedule changes must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non refundable, and confirmed scheduled hours remain payable. All changes are subject to availability. Caregiver Assignment Caregivers are matched based on qualifications, experience, availability, and family needs. Preferred caregivers may be requested but cannot be guaranteed. If a caregiver becomes unavailable, ATC may offer a qualified replacement when possible. Extended Care Additional time is subject to caregiver availability and will be billed accordingly. A 10 minute grace period applies to unexpected delays. Health & Safety Families must disclose contagious illnesses, allergies, medications, medical considerations, and relevant emergency information before care begins. ATC reserves the right to determine whether care can safely be provided. Additional Services Transportation, errands, household assistance, or responsibilities beyond standard childcare must be approved in advance and may affect pricing. Holiday Care Services provided on designated holidays are billed at 150% of the applicable hourly rate.
