Service Description
Designed for families who need reliable, ongoing child care and are ready to commit to a consistent schedule for three months. Our 3-Month Preferred Child Care Package provides personalized in home care with preferred pricing for families who commit to a minimum of 35 guaranteed hours per week. Care is tailored to your family’s routine, number of children, transportation needs, and individual care requirements. We aim to provide consistency with a primary caregiver whenever possible, with qualified backup support available when needed. Services start at $32.00/hour with a minimum of 35 guaranteed hours per week and a three month commitment. Final pricing may vary based on the number of children, schedule, transportation needs, and specific care requirements. Submit an inquiry with your preferred weekly schedule and care needs. Service Policy
The 3-Month Preferred Child Care Package is a fixed three-month commitment requiring at least 35 guaranteed child care hours per week. Pricing starts at $32.00 per hour. A 10% non refundable down payment is required to secure the package and reserve caregiver availability. It is applied toward the total package balance and is not an additional fee. One master invoice will show payments made and the remaining balance. The remaining balance is paid in biweekly installments due before each two-week care period. Families may choose ACH with no processing fee or automatic recurring payments through our website, subject to a 5% processing fee. Cancelling or removing a payment method does not cancel the three-month commitment. A minimum of 35 hours is guaranteed and billable each week. Vacations, travel, temporary absences, or choosing not to use care do not reduce the guaranteed weekly hours. Unused hours do not roll over or become credits. Schedule changes must be requested by Saturday at 12:00 PM for the upcoming week and are subject to availability. The original schedule remains unless approved otherwise. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled, subject to availability. With less than 24 hours’ notice, confirmed hours remain billable and do not roll over. We aim to provide a consistent primary caregiver and backup support when needed. If ATC cannot provide confirmed care or backup coverage, the affected hours will be refunded or credited. Additional hours are subject to availability. Holiday care is billed at 150% of the package rate. If holiday care is not used, guaranteed weekly hours remain billable at the regular package rate unless an approved schedule change is made before the weekly deadline. Families must provide accurate health, emergency, pet, access, and transportation information and ensure the home is reasonably clean, safe, and prepared for care before the caregiver arrives. Duties outside standard child care must be approved in advance. This package may not be ended early by the family. The family remains responsible for agreed package obligations unless otherwise required by law or approved in writing by Amar’s Trusted Care LLC. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services. This package does not automatically renew. Families wishing to continue care should contact Amar’s Trusted Care LLC at least two weeks before the package ends.
